Role Overview :
We are seeking a Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that support EA s mission to connect players with the games they love. In this role, you ll partner with studio, technology, and business leaders to deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, enable innovative solutions, and ensure projects are executed on time and at scale.
The Program Manager will serve as the connective tissue between teams aligning strategy, execution, and delivery. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities :
5+ years of program or project management experience in technology, gaming, or related industries.
Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills able to influence at all levels.
Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar program tracking systems.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and lead through ambiguity.
Passion for games, technology, and delivering outstanding player experiences.
Bonus Points :
Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment/media sector.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
Background in software engineering, game development, or live services operations.

- Provide transparency to leadership through clear status updates, reporting, and insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in program management processes.
- Ensure all deliverables support EA s standards of quality and player experience.
