Job Details
Job Title: NTA Project Analyst Location: Remote Reports To: Senior Project Analyst Job Level: Junior (with potential for growth into higher-level responsibilities)
Job Summary:
- The NTA (New Technology Assessment) Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end NTA process. This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, SLA/OLA compliance, and timely resolution of issues across the NTA lifecycle. The analyst will collaborate with architects, governance teams, sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure NTAs are completed accurately and on time, prior to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities: NTA Assignment & Tracking
- Monitor and correct NTAs assigned to incorrect architects.
- Reassign NTAs by identifying the appropriate architect upon notification.
- Track unassigned Due Diligence tasks and follow up to ensure assignment.
SLA/OLA Monitoring & Escalation
- Monitor SLA/OLA compliance across the NTA process using ServiceNow.
- Facilitate and escalate unresolved SLA/OLA breaches to the appropriate stakeholders or ARB (Architecture Review Board) and ensure timely follow-up.
Operational Reporting & Feedback
- Provide monthly NTA Summary Reports to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including metrics on NTAs created and completed.
- Support the Single Pane of Glass (PowerBI dashboard) reporting initiative in collaboration with analytics teams.
- Document and communicate user, due diligence, and operational feedback to NTA Operations and Architecture Governance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and enhancements.
Process Support & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness of NTA request details.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the NTA lifecycle.
- Ensure GS&P engagement post-Architecture Triage and include sourcing results in the NTA request.
- Ensure Risk Findings are thoroughly documented in the NTA Summary Report.
- Escalate NTA-related issues, questions, or unknowns to NTA Operations and Architecture Governance as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in CAT (Contract Approval Team) meetings to support NTA requirements.
- Ensure NTAs are completed prior to contract signing.
- Collaborate and define standard operational reports and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications (Requirements):
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 5 years as a Project Analyst.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (for ex: charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF)
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks independently.
- Analytical approach with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (preference; training provided) or similar ITSM tools.
- Experience with technology assessment processes.
- Understanding of SLA/OLA frameworks and escalation protocols.
- Exposure/knowledge of Jira or similar workflow management tools.
