Title: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00/Hrs

Description
Lead IT delivery teams focused on developing and delivering digital solutions.
Implement Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, in the software engineering and delivery processes.
Adhere to a blended work model with specified in-office days.
Promote secure development practices and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT delivery team efforts to ensure high-quality digital solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage team workflows.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver enhancements.
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure continuous delivery of value.
Monitor sprint metrics to track progress and optimize team performance.
Guide, direct, and coach the team in Agile methodology.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification required.
5-7 years of experience leading Agile teams in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and traditional project management practices.
Experience in a regulated environment with application life-cycle management tools.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills in Agile best practices.
