Job Title: Expert IT Product Specialist NetOps Job ID: 25-08244 Location: Remote (Fairfield, CA) Duration: 06 months on W2 Contract

Description:

Seeking a skilled IT Product Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of Broadcom (CA) DX NetOps monitoring solutions (Spectrum, PM, NFA) as part of a large-scale enterprise network monitoring program (ENMS). The role involves tool configuration, integration, patching, client support, and working closely with operations and vendor teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and administer DX NetOps tools
  • Monitor system health and manage patches
  • Integrate with tools like Remedy and AIOps platforms
  • Provision monitoring for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers
  • Provide user support and documentation

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years experience with Broadcom DX NetOps (Spectrum, PM, NFA)
  • Tool integration with Remedy and AIOps solutions
  • Familiarity with SNMP, MPLS, network infrastructure
  • Ticketing experience (Remedy), patch management
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred:
  • 10+ years in enterprise network monitoring
  • Scripting skills (Python, PERL, Groovy)
  • Experience with license and certificate management.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $89.00-$97.00 per hour.
