Client Location: Irving, Texas
Duration is 10 months
70% travel involved.
POSITION OVERVIEW: SAP PP/QM BA POSITION
GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- As SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.
- You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.
- You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4 PP/QM Implementation A minimum of 8+ years SAP consulting experience in SAP PP/QM.
- At least 3 end to end S4HANA implementations in SAP PP/QM Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment End to End implementation experience in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4Hana PP
- Master data Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment) o Planning & Forecasting - MRP
- Production processes and its SAP solutions Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban o Capacity planning
- MES integration o Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement
- Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP FICO (Product costing)
- Experience on SAP QM (Quality Management)
- Quality Info records
- Quality Inspection plans o Usage decisions
- Record inspection results o Inventory movement for items under inspection
- Disposal and scrap management
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: US based with ability to travel throughout the US.
