The Lockheed Martin Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team is seeking an experienced Performance and Mission Analysis Associate Manager to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity.

As an NGI Performance and Mission Analysis Associate Manager, you will join the Systems Analysis team.
In this role, you will balance your time between technical and leadership tasks to include, but not limited to the following:
Collaborate with the Performance Analysis Technical Lead, Flight Sciences Manager, Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Manager, and Simulation Development Technical Lead to accomplish the team's goals
Facilitate collaboration across the program IPTs, external customers, and other LM business areas to integrate elements of the system into performance analysis products
Manage performance analysis schedule, budget, and staffing
Assist the product owner in leading task planning and prioritization in an Agile development environment
Ensure conformance to the Statement of Work and implementation of customer feedback
Lead assessments using medium and high-fidelity performance tools in-line with stakeholder and customer needs
Establish and maintain relationships with the customer by conducting deep dives and working with groups
Identify, plan, and conduct studies to evaluate system performance and behavior informing design against the stakeholder expectations and needs
Oversee usage of simulation and analysis tools on a high-performance computing cluster
Document and brief contract deliverables including analysis results and models

Basic Qualifications
Experience in M&S, performance analysis, or mission analysis
Systems Engineering process experience
Familiarity with DoD program support
Demonstrated project management or leadership experience
Active or Current DoD Secret Security clearance - U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired skills
Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Mathematics
Leading multi-disciplinary teams
Staffing, mentoring, project planning, budgeting, and Earned Value Management (EVM)

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
