SAP S/4 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with SAP S/4HANA implementation expertise to join their IT PMO team. The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project implementations-ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational and client quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Hands on ability to ensure PMO documentation is created and maintained
* SAP Project Manager will develop, monitor, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables, and resource needs
* Strong executive presence and communication skills to define requirements, align scope, and business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Business Analysts, consulting partners, and vendors
* Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Maintain project charters, roadmaps, and governance models
* Address project issues promptly
* Lead regular project meetings, status reporting, and proactive resolution of challenges
* As an SAP Project Manager, you will oversee task assignments, track progress, and ensure accountability across teams
* Manage stakeholder and client communication
* Ensure alignment with strategic IT and business objectives
* Contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Ability to apply Agile Principles are a major plus
* Experience leading enterprise ERP transformations
* Demonstrated success managing large, complex SAP projects in a PMO setting
* Proven track record with at least one major SAP S/4HANA implementation
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
* Must be available to work 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX

Desirable Skills:
* SAP HANA certification
* Experience supporting business transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
