Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and coordinate global supply chain activities for multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, including high-priority and time-sensitive initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract manufacturing operations, particularly within the Asia Pacific region, and a proven track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Finance. This individual will play a key role in managing end-to-end program execution, ensuring supply chain readiness, and delivering successful product launches from prototype through mass production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; Master s preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or program management within electronics, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing.
Strong experience in contract manufacturing operations and managing Asia Pacific CM plant operations (China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam).
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, production, logistics, and supplier quality.
Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
