Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Workday HCM Recruiting Module IT Lead for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Clayton, MO.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and implement Workday Recruiting and Core HCM solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
Troubleshoot Workday issues, recommend process enhancements, and manage system upgrades.
Support and maintain integrations, security roles, and reporting.
Drive best practices for HRIT and recruiting operations.
Support post-implementation operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes and leverage Workday functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
3+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting configuration.
Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM; other module knowledge a plus.
Experience with Workday integrations, EIB, calculated fields, reports, and dashboards.
Understanding of HR and recruiting business processes.
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or MIS preferred.
Experience in manufacturing industry and greenfield implementations highly desirable.
