Role: Sr. Software Test Automation Engineer
Location: Bloomington MN- Onsite
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured etc.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to define test strategy and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and verify fixes.
- Improve automation coverage, optimize script performance, and maintain test stability.
- Mentor junior team members and enforce quality best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
