Oracle DBA

Type: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and support Oracle database environments (11g 19c+).
  2. Perform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  3. Manage database backup/recovery, HA/DR (RAC, DataGuard), and system health monitoring.
  4. Automate routine DBA tasks and maintain data integrity and security.
  5. Support production releases and 24x7 on-call rotation.
  6. Collaborate with development teams and continuously enhance system efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  1. 7+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
  2. Strong performance tuning expertise.
  3. Full database administration cycle support.
  4. Experience with Oracle RAC and recovery management.

Preferred:

  1. Knowledge of OS (AIX, Linux, Windows).
  2. Exposure to other RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Sybase).
  3. Cloud platform experience.
  4. Experience in data masking
