Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Rep. This is a 09+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $24 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift; M-F 7-3:30 PM/ On site M-F 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Work from office 3 days and work from home 2 days, however, during 5-6 weeks of training, it is preferrable to be in the office 5 days.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems and errors efficiently.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers navigating the new system.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accuately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems.
  • Researches and resolves problems and errors. Identifies products and services that meet customers' needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; CSR, Call Center, Customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to details.
  • Resourceful problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous customer service and technical support experience preferred.
