We are seeking a talented and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to leverage their technical expertise in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the high-quality standards of our products.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of advanced manufacturing strategies for the production of new and existing products.
2. Utilize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to reduce complexity, improve product performance, and ensure seamless transition from prototype to production.
3. Apply CAD software to design and modify production systems and components.
4. Design, implement, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems and processes to support manufacturing operations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, improve process efficiency, and reduce production costs.
6. Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
7. Develop and implement maintenance procedures for manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety and environmental guidelines.
9. Provide technical leadership and training to manufacturing personnel to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, CAD software, and mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies and processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve manufacturing issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, including safety and environmental guidelines.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
10. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
