Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Performance Engineer to assess the speed, scalability, stability, and reliability of our applications under varying loads. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure our systems meet performance expectations and deliver a seamless user experience.

11+ years of expertise in Performance/API automation Testing
Technical Skills:
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, or bugs.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
- Prepare detailed performance test plans and strategies.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
- Monitor system behavior using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and risk mitigation.
- Document performance test findings and create reports for stakeholders.
