Job Title: EPM Solution Architect

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Solution Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals on high-impact financial planning and performance management projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EPM solutions-particularly EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)-along with a strong background in architecting and delivering end-to-end EPM implementations for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle EPBCS and other EPM solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
- Develop and manage solution architecture documentation, technical designs, and integration strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on EPBCS application configuration, workforce planning, capital planning, financial statement modeling, and driver-based planning.
- Oversee data integrations with ERPs, CRMs, and other financial systems.
- Conduct design sessions, lead application development and configuration, and support UAT and deployment phases.
- Recommend EPM best practices for performance optimization and sustainability.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in EPM solution architecture and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), including Financials, Workforce, and Capital modules.
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) and/or other platforms like OneStream, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
- Solid understanding of financial processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
- Proficiency in data integration and transformation tools (ETL/ELT), scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager), and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in remote, collaborative teams.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EPM certification (especially in EPBCS).
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture and migration strategies.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Prior experience in consulting or large-scale transformation projects.
