Client is in Dallas. But client prefers he/she can come to office 1-2 times a week
IT Support Specialist Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support for helpdesk requests for Windows 10, 11, Microsoft 365, 3rd party apps, Software and hardware deployments.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, cybersecurity apps, manage firewalls and firmware updates.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Experience with remote access and remote management tools like, TeamViewer, Splashtop, and Ninja RMM.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
