Job Details

VDart is seeking a Senior UX Specialist - AI-Driven Design to join our client s Team. This role combines deep UX research and design expertise with the ability to integrate AI-driven enhancements into a custom enterprise platform.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and analytical mindset, proven leadership in managing medium-to-large project teams, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional user experiences powered by emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

UX Design & Research

  • Expertise in end-to-end UX processes, from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong skills in Figma and enterprise design systems.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.

AI/Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with AI models, including classification, reinforcement learning, and LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Experience integrating AI-driven enhancements into enterprise workflows.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Proven ability to lead medium-to-large project teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and guide less experienced team members.
