SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Consultant

Must haves:

8+ YOE

SAP HCM Payroll

SAP Success Factors

SAP HCM modules, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).

US Payroll is a must

Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors and integrating SAP HR with other downstream systems.

Good experience in SAP HCM modules, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).

Experience in working with USA Payrolls and supports.

Experience in defining field mappings for Organization data and worked on replicating Positions and Cost centers replication and custom field replications to S/4 HANA.

Experience in maintaining constant values, created web services using SOA & Endpoint URLs (CPI) and worked on import metadata and picklist values from SF employee central XML.

Support in OM/PA and OM-PA Integrations,

Experience in SF SuccessFactors- EC Lite, Talent management (Recruiting, Candidate Management), Onboarding, Compensation, Learning Management, Payroll , Timekeeping, Goals & Performance

SAP S/4- Time management, Benefit ,Payroll, OM/PA,ESS
