Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA Hybrid must be available to report onsite as directed
Interview: Likely virtual (MS Teams) onsite presence required post-selection

Job Description:
- Provide technical and functional support for HRIS systems, implementations, and upgrades.
- Serve as SME for UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work.
- Perform systems integration and UAT testing.
- Conduct data imports/exports and ensure quality assurance and data integrity.
- Maintain CRTs, lookup tables, and reference materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure issue resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Assist in developing standards and procedures for HR systems and operations.
