IT Technician
Location:
Framingham, MA
Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements:

• Associates degree or its equivalent in the field or a related area preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT Technician
• Experience with Windows 11, Troubleshooting, Active Directory, File Permissions

Responsibilities:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs

Pay Rate:

• $23/ Hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
