We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mobile MDM Engineer to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to the management and support of our mobile device fleet. The Mobile MDM Engineer will assist in various aspects of mobile device lifecycle management, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to basic security protocols. This role will be a hybrid role reporting to one of our offices and requires being in the office three days a week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mobile MDM Engineer to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to the management and support of our mobile device fleet. The Mobile MDM Engineer will assist in various aspects of mobile device lifecycle management, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to basic security protocols. This role will be a hybrid role reporting to one of our offices and requires being in the office three days a week.
SYSTEMS ENGINEER MOBILE, MDM DUTIES:
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of basic policies and procedures for mobile device management and security.
- Learn to utilize data to identify areas for improvement in the mobile experience and help implement basic automations.
- Partner with the procurement team for mobile devices license management and life cycle
- Collaborate with security teams to understand and implement fundamental mobile security measures.
- Work with data related to mobile MDM under supervision, and to ensure we are meeting organizational standards by assessing the data, iterating over it, and leveraging it to improve workflows.
- Provide regular updates on mobile asset status and basic utilization metrics to the team lead.
- Assist in the management and administration of the organization's MDM tools for basic content deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to mobile device enrollment, connectivity, and basic application deployment. As well as act as a point of escalation for support related issues.
- Help develop and maintain basic documentation for mobile device management processes and end-user support. Partner with support teams and socialize MDM mobile device management changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Technology support or systems administration.
- Technical understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with basic Enterprise Technology asset management concepts.
- Exposure to or interest in learning about MDM solutions, data, automation, and more
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
