Job Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. This role will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring that changes to business processes, systems, and technologies are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.

Job Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. This role will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring that changes to business processes, systems, and technologies are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project goals and organizational culture.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify key areas of focus.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Facilitate change networks, champions, and advisory groups.
Communication & Training
- Design and deliver targeted communication plans to inform and engage impacted audiences.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and execute training programs that support skill development and adoption.
Change Readiness & Adoption
- Monitor and assess organizational readiness for change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track adoption metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, HR, and IT to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Ensure alignment between change management and project management methodologies.
Coaching & Leadership
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and people managers to help them fulfill their change leadership roles.
- Mentor junior change practitioners and contribute to the development of OCM capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Certifications: Prosci, ACMP CCMP, or similar change management certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, including digital transformation, ERP implementations, or M&A integration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira).
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in Agile environments or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Background in HR, IT, or business transformation.
