Overview:
Join a dynamic technology team delivering secure, modern infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices. You'll lead a small group of skilled administrators, oversee critical system migrations, and support hybrid and on-prem environments for enterprise clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of system administrators
- Manage Windows Server environments and complex migrations
- Configure and optimize Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Maintain hybrid identity environments with Azure and Entra ID
- Ensure network security and compliance with CIS standards
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Ansible
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years as a Systems Administrator, including leadership experience
- Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills
- Expertise in networking, security, and virtualization
- Experience with Azure and hybrid identity management
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- GitHub experience and personal projects
- Advanced scripting and automation skills
Work Environment:
- Collaborative team of ~30 professionals providing managed services
- Primarily on-site with occasional hybrid flexibility
- Rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work
