Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to provide technical assistance and support to end users in a dynamic IT environment. This is a contract position based in Washington, District of Columbia, where you will troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues across various platforms and devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide technical support for Android devices, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and configuration-related issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
Support and maintain systems using Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve IT support processes and efficiency.
Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT tools and systems effectively.
Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure reliable operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Expertise in Android and Apple device support.
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Proficiency with Mac computers and Microsoft systems.
Experience with Active Directory for user management.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.
Ability to deploy and troubleshoot software and hardware.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
