Power Platform Administrator Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and polished Power Platform Administrator Consultant to lead and manage enterprise-wide deployments of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role is not a development position but rather a strategic and operational role focused on overseeing production deployments, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring streamlined, scalable, and secure platform operations.

The ideal candidate will operate independently from development teams, acting as a central point of coordination across departments such as HR, Accounting & Finance, and Credit. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication, governance, and platform management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all production deployments across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

  • Serve as the enterprise-wide deployment manager, coordinating with business units to deliver solutions efficiently and securely.

  • Review and validate Power Platform solutions from a business and operational perspective.

  • Establish and enforce governance, compliance, and best practices for Power Platform usage.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Monitor platform performance, usage, and licensing to optimize value and scalability.

  • Provide training, documentation, and support to business users and citizen developers.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using Power Platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience owning and managing Power Platform deployments in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, administration, and governance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally with business and IT teams.

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, digital transformation initiatives, and platform lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-200).

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integration.

  • Background in enterprise change management or digital transformation consulting.

  • Exposure to regulated environments or industries with strict compliance requirements.
