Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead / Solution Architect

Location: New York, NY (Must attend onboarding for 2 days in New York; thereafter, 1–2 days onsite once every three months)
Duration: Contract 
Rate/Salary: DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and transformations across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will drive solution design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful delivery and post-go-live support.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·        Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, and Workforce Structures.

·        Design and configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, security roles, workflows, and eligibility profiles.

·        Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI/OTBI.

·        Lead functional workshops, conduct current-state assessments, and perform Fit/Gap analysis.

·        Configure and support Open Enrollment, Compensation cycles, and Payroll processing.

·        Design and implement Guided Journeys, Contextual Journeys, and Redwood UI personalization using VB Studio.

·        Author functional and design documentation; lead testing, cutover, and end-user training.

·        Act as workstream lead, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

·        Provide post-implementation support, optimization, and continuous improvement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

·        12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

·        Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

·        Expertise in OIC, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI, and workflow approvals.

·        Experience leading large-scale enterprise HCM transformations.

·        Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.

·        Proven experience managing teams and multiple workstreams.
