Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Change Enablement Leader to support the successful implementation of ServiceNow across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing the change management strategy to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition for all impacted stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in organizational change management (OCM), strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise-wide technology deployments ServiceNow.

  • Develop and lead the Change Enablement Strategy and Communications Plan for the ServiceNow implementation.

  • Identify change impacts, stakeholder groups, and readiness activities across business units and functions.

  • Partner with project leads, business SMEs, and HR/Communications to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

  • Design and execute targeted training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to prepare users for ServiceNow adoption.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create engagement plans to manage expectations and drive alignment.

  • Monitor and manage resistance through proactive communication, coaching, and support.

  • Track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve enablement efforts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that the people side of change is prioritized throughout the program lifecycle.
