Job Description:

We are seeking two hands-on Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA Developers to support the replication and setup of an Automation Anywhere environment, including Control Room, Bots, and Bot Runner devices. The role will focus on migrating, configuring, and validating an existing AA ecosystem consisting of approximately 150 bots, ensuring functional parity, stability, and performance in the replicated environment.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, and environment setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replicate a full Automation Anywhere environment, including:
  • Control Room setup and configuration
  • Bot Runner device provisioning
  • Bot deployment and execution validation
  • Migrate and validate approximately 150 existing Automation Anywhere bots.
  • Ensure configuration consistency across environments (dev, test, prod as applicable).
  • Troubleshoot bot failures, Control Room issues, and runner connectivity problems.
  • Optimize bot performance and ensure scalability of the replicated environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand existing automation workflows and dependencies.
  • Support testing, validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Provide documentation for environment setup, configurations, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019 / A360).
  • Proven experience setting up and configuring:
  • Automation Anywhere Control Room
  • Bot Runners and Bot Creators
  • Device pools and credential vaults
  • Experience migrating or managing large bot portfolios (100+ bots preferred).
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Bot lifecycle management
  • Version control and bot deployment
  • Scheduling, triggers, and queues
  • Experience with Windows servers, VMs, and infrastructure required for AA deployments.
  • Ability to debug and resolve complex automation and infrastructure issues.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AA cloud deployments or hybrid environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for RPA.
  • Knowledge of security, access control, and credential management in AA.
  • Automation Anywhere certification(s).

Engagement Model:

  • Resource augmentation with immediate start preferred.
  • High-touch, delivery-focused role requiring minimal ramp-up time.
