Software Implementations
Assists with all stages of software solution s lifecycle including discovery, prototyping, iterations, upgrades, maintenance and end of life
Serves as a resource and becomes a subject matter expert for the software solution
Participates in the discover and/or delivery of software product solutions and features for customers. Interacts with; users to identify pain points, designers to visualize new features and engineers to transform stories into new software solutions and features
Works with the team to prototype concepts to gain direct end user feedback to discover, iterate and improve software solution feature outcomes
Identifies customer needs and translates learnings into prioritized user stories
Provides development, UX and business analyst teams with a clear understanding of the user stories
With guidance, assists with communicating the software solution positioning and customer value of the software solution to Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Support, and Technology teams
Prepares, prioritizes, maintains, and communicates the software solution roadmap which defines feature enhancements for short- and long-term releases
Participates in the monitoring and analysis of the software solution performance and usage
Works with manager to provide company-wide reporting on software solution success, including market, financial, operational and satisfaction success
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Software Design or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in software solutions product management, technology solution product management or customer focused health care product management
2+ years working on software solutions or technology-based solutions using modern product management methodologies in an Agile environment
Intermediate level of knowledge of software solutions development methodologies
Experience working with UX and engineering
Ability to work directly with end users to discover operational pain points
Experience writing and communicating user stories
Ability to effectively communicate information and facilitate meetings to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of business implications, project interdependencies and system interfaces
Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment while performing his/her job duties
