Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA Hybrid (min. 3 days/week in office

Job Description:
Required/Desired Skills: - Conduct interviews with users to gather business and technical requirements and prepare detailed functional design documents and specifications.
- Serve as the liaison among business, development, and testing teams to define software and system requirements.
- Lead review sessions with users, developers, and testers to ensure understanding of requirements and proposed designs.
- Analyze and document solutions to complex business problems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments.
- Collect, interpret, and present data using SQL for analysis and manage designs with version control (e.g., GIT in Azure DevOps).
- Maintain a detailed understanding of SDLC processes and provide knowledge transfer to train other BSAs as needed.
