Job Detail : SQL DBA Developer

Contract: W2 Only

Job Description

  • 2 10 years Microsoft SQL Server experience (2008 / 2012 / 2014)
  • Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments
  • Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques.
  • Experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server versions 2008, 2012 and 2016 with a strong understanding of database structure
  • Experience in Performance Tuning, Application tuning and Optimization (PTO), using monitoring and troubleshooting tools for SQL Server.
  • Experience Managing Large Databases (10TB+)
  • Experience in managing and patching SQL Server Failover cluster and AlwaysOn.
    Experience in monitoring using Redgate, SQL Monitor or any equivalent tool.
    Experience in DBA routine task automation through PowerShell.
    Proven experience in troubleshooting high-critical incidents and providing live performance optimization support.
  • Experience with cloud migration tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in NoSQL database & cloud technologies like AWS, Big Data are added advantage
  • Experience in financial markets an added advantage
  • Experience with cloud migration tools and frameworks.
  • Certification in cloud platforms or relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Prior experience in an architectural or lead role.
