Job Details

Remote with visits to Albany office

Candidate need to be local to NY

Is travel required for this position: 5% travel occasionally

Resource must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current HRIS and manual processes
  • Create repeatable data queries and reporting solutions
  • Automate organization charts and onboarding/offboarding tasks
  • Enable data integration from systems like ADP, Teams, Trakstar, etc.
  • Support DEI and other HR reporting initiatives
  • Improve employee data self-service and bulk processing

Required Skills:

  • 3 5 years in data queries, reporting, and analysis
  • Expert in Excel (pivot tables, charting, etc.)
  • Strong data integrity, confidentiality, and documentation skills
  • HRIS experience, ideally with ADP
  • Familiarity with HR metrics, performance systems, and process mapping
  • Tools: ADP, HRIS, Trakstar, Tableau, Office 365
