Job Details
Remote with visits to Albany office
Candidate need to be local to NY
Is travel required for this position: 5% travel occasionally
Resource must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current HRIS and manual processes
- Create repeatable data queries and reporting solutions
- Automate organization charts and onboarding/offboarding tasks
- Enable data integration from systems like ADP, Teams, Trakstar, etc.
- Support DEI and other HR reporting initiatives
- Improve employee data self-service and bulk processing
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years in data queries, reporting, and analysis
- Expert in Excel (pivot tables, charting, etc.)
- Strong data integrity, confidentiality, and documentation skills
- HRIS experience, ideally with ADP
- Familiarity with HR metrics, performance systems, and process mapping
- Tools: ADP, HRIS, Trakstar, Tableau, Office 365
