Job Details

Client: The Hain Celestial Group

Role: SAP BTP Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Req Description

Our customer has a need for an SAP BTP Architect for a 3 - 4 month assignment.
Their SI/implementation partner hasn\'t done a good job of getting them a comprehensive data migration plan in a reasonable amount of time, and their design and architecture is a bit complex and customized, so they\'d like an independent consultant to pick-up the work.
The BTP architect will take ownership of the interfaces and integrations. He/she would need to be able to design and architect end-to-end processes. Consultant would need the following experience:
1) Techno-functional expertise. Must be a BTP expert and understand the SAP side of the integration, and able to architect end-to-end solutions in BTP. There\'s an integration between SAP and BTP, and integrations between BTP and the legacy systems.
2) Must understand the standard APIs/connections between SAP and BTP (50% of the SAP to BTP connections have been completed, using standard APIs).
3) Will recommend best practices for utilizing BTP integrations.
4) Must have experience with Business Partners data, and specifically have an understanding of Customer and Vendor.
5) Experience performing integrations with SQL Server and IBM I-series would be a huge plus. There are 5 integrations: 2 legacy ERPs, Azure Data Lake, a PLM system, a legal compliance solution.
Consultant will work with the client\'s team (developers, etc.) and the SAP implementation partner (which is doing the MDG workflow).
The customer will do an initial data migration from their legacy system, through BTP, to SAP.
