Job Title: Sr. Workday Integration Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Job Description:
The client is looking for a Workday Integration Developer to support an enterprise-wide ERP transformation, transitioning from SAP to Workday. The Workday platform will serve over 80-90 K users and connect with 350-500+ internal and external systems across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. This is a large-scale, integration-focused project that offers exposure to one of the most complex Workday environments in the higher education and healthcare sector.
Years of experience: 6+ Years
Hiring Manager Note:
- Need to have experience in large enterprise environments
- Need to have done at least one Workday Implementation or Workday Integration. This is an integration-heavy role, so multiple integration projects are preferred
- Experience with Supply Chain, Finance, and HR modules in Workday
- Client do not need SAP experience, but it is a bonus since they are moving from SAP to Workday
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Six years of related experience (Workday Integration)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of best practices for and experience with data conversions, system integrations, and information security requirements for ERP systems.
- Experience in mobile application development, particularly with Workday mobile solutions, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of SAP Process Orchestration Integration and Cloud Platform Integration.
- Experience with the full life cycle of software development projects (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance).
- Experience developing architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
- Workday certification in Integration or related areas.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture standards and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in a cloud-based infrastructure.
