Position: Program Manager (Fintech)

 

Location: Tampa, FL (100% REMOTE)

 

Summary:

 

  • The Program Manager will be involved in the planning, management, and completion of Fintech projects, including managing different vendors
  • The Program Manager will be working on an Informatica MDM - Customer 360 project, including managing different vendors
  • Must have experience with managing Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analytics projects
  • Must have experience with leading large, multi-functional, and multi-vendor teams in a client-facing, consulting role
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects under tight delivery timelines and budgets
  • Must have experience in the Financial Services or Insurance sectors

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive work plans in an Agile SDLC environment
  • The Program Manager will be leading large, multi-functional and multi-vendor teams in a client-facing, consulting role
  • The Program Manager will align with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, with the client
  • The Program Manager must be able to command the intellectual respect of stakeholders as well as run extremely effective projects and programs on compressed timelines while dealing with ambiguity using grace and maturity
  • The Program Manager will need to dig deep into the scope of each program, understand and articulate the business value to executive leadership, and effectively communicate with the technical team
  • The Program Manager should understand the Fintech risk landscape with experience ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to Financial Services and Data Privacy
  • The Program Manager will ensure the program initiatives are in alignment with the company's overall strategic priorities and goals, regularly communicating progress towards these goals to the C-Suite

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years of experience leading the delivery of complex IT programs across multiple vendors, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • 10+ years of consulting experience managing complex IT programs in a professional service, client-facing role
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs with onshore and offshore team members, including being comfortable working within varying cultures, political environments, and processes
  • Must have an understanding of the Fintech risk landscape, including experience ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to Financial Services and Data Privacy
  • Broad understanding of Front-End, Back-End, Application Integration, API, Data Management, Master Data, Data Governance Strategy, Data Domains, Data Analytics Actionable Insights, and DevOps Pipelines
  • Experience with managing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously on a global scale using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
  • Will be expected to work according to the Eastern Time Zone (EST) with intermittent after hours required to support offshore teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical teams
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project for scheduling and resource planning
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered
  • Experience with managing projects involving Informatica MDM or Informatica MDM - Customer 360 is preferred
  • CSM/CSPO/PMP Certifications are preferred
