Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a Principal Supply Chain Program Manager to lead key supply chain activities supporting aerospace and defense programs. You ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive execution, improve processes, manage supplier performance, and ensure program success.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain program execution
  • Track deliverables, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans
  • Ensure supplier capacity, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Support DFx and assess supply chain impact of engineering changes
  • Drive process improvements and optimize material flow
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance
  • Communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree + 12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent (master s degree or 16+ years accepted)
  • Strong program and supplier management background
  • Experience with contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursement, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Secret clearance preferred
  • Willingness to travel to supplier sites (domestic, as needed)
