Required:
At least 6-8 years of relevant Program Management, Health Care Administration, Research OR Clinical field work experience in an organizational setting.
Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities
Experienced in vendor/contract management and negotiations.
Experienced in collaborating with team members on project related items that impact the ability to meet program objectives.
Preferred:
At least 4 years of experience in Program Management within a Managed Care Organization or Top 10 management consulting role in Healthcare industry. Strong experience in Medicaid and Medicare managed care
Proven ability to apply an enterprise project management methodology and framework (i.e. PACE)
