We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional with a strong background in finance and security to lead design, implementation, and governance of IAM solutions for financial applications and systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep IAM expertise with financial compliance knowledge (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA) and cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive financial data, enable secure digital transformation, and support Zero Trust initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of enterprise IAM architecture covering Identity Governance (IGA), SSO/MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
* Develop Zero Trust-aligned IAM strategies for financial applications, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
* Define RBAC/ABAC models for financial workflows, trading platforms, ERP, and payment systems.
* Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, FFIEC, ISO 27001, NIST and internal audit standards.
* Integrate IAM controls with SIEM/SOAR for real-time identity threat detection & response (ITDR).
* Conduct access reviews, certifications, and risk assessments for financial data systems.
* Deploy MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies for internal and customer-facing finance apps.
* Implement PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Entra PIM) for securing financial privileged accounts and high-value transactions.
* Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes integrated with HR/ERP and core banking systems.
* Partner with CISO, SOC, Risk, and Compliance teams to align IAM with cybersecurity frameworks.
* Mentor IAM engineers and analysts, define best practices, and lead security workshops.
* Provide IAM risk reporting to senior leadership and recommend mitigation measures. Required Skills & Experience
* IGA Platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID Governance.
* SSO/MFA/IdP: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity.
* PAM Solutions: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea, Entra PIM.
* Finance Systems Integration: Core banking apps, ERP (SAP, Oracle), trading & payment systems.
* Automation & APIs: PowerShell, Graph API, REST, SCIM connectors.
* Security Tools: SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), SOAR, ITDR platforms.
* Finance & Compliance Knowledge: SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, FFIEC compliance controls for identity & access.
* Understanding of financial transaction flows, risk scoring, and fraud prevention mechanisms.
* Experience securing payment gateways, SWIFT, ACH, and financial data stores. Preferred Certifications
