Job Title: Senior/Lead Data Scientist (Palantir Expert) Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Lead Data Scientist with deep expertise in Palantir to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions using the Palantir platform. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical ability, architectural-level thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data science initiatives using Palantir technologies (Foundry/Gotham).
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, models, and workflows within Palantir.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis to support business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance within the Palantir environment.
- Optimize model performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and analytical tools.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in data science and platform usage.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams for seamless integration of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 17 years of total experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Palantir (Foundry or Gotham) mandatory.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization.
- Experience architecting data science solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience integrating Palantir with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automated model deployment.
- Background in consulting or client-facing project delivery.
