Responsibilities:
- Understand the client application landscape
- Acts as an interface between business and IT functions and as a contact point for business leads in order to launch initiatives, leading and driving the scoping phase.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners, Stakeholders, Product Owner, Solution Architect, CSV Lead and SMEs.
- Strives for harmonization of business processes across sites and departments by propagating common standardized data models, applications and technologies that are in line with the cross-functional or Informatics strategies and architectures.
- Demonstrate ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and able to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write validation docs.
- Managing communications with multiple business units as well as internal IT cross-functional teams.
Candidate requirements:
- One person with GMP experience, the second person does not require GMP experience
- Strong technological background (Manufacturing or QC background, e.g., Empower, Softmaxpro (for QC), DeltaV, Veeva as Quality solution)
- 3-5 years of experience as BA in the pharmaceutical industry
- GxP/CSV experience, regulated way of working
- Agile working experience
- Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, usability and the ability to facilitate workshops
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Change management awareness - empathy for people on site
Preferred skills:
- Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
- Roche-internal project methodology

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
