Title: Finance & Operations Manager
Location: Independence, OH (preferred) or Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA or Chicago, IL
Type: Full-time/Direct hire
Work arrangement: Onsite
Our client is looking for a Manager of Finance and Operations to join their team. The Finance and Operations Manager will report to the VP of Professional Services.
Duties:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis for an IT Services business unit
- Revenue and utilization forecasting / reporting
- Monthly P&Ls
- Quarterly Reviews & Analysis
- Project level accounting
- Budgeting
- Lead Services business unit through Service Systems & Operations processes and requirements. For Example: maintain and train others on system/accounting requirements for contract setup.
- Lead customization and integration system enhancements.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Services business unit and help drive continuous improvements.
- Assist in creating reporting and pricing templates.
Required:
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Solid accounting background
- Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite OpenAir
- Strong math and analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Understanding of IT Services business
Preferred:
- Four-year degree
- Experience with Service Now and/or SalesForce
