RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Manager, E-Commerce Product in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, E-Commerce Product to lead the strategy and optimization of our booked guest digital experience across web and mobile platforms. This role will focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to enhance itinerary management, upsell opportunities, and personalized guest interactions. You will own the product roadmap, manage a team, and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the digital product strategy for booked guest experiences across web and mobile
* Lead SFCC-based initiatives, leveraging Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Business Manager, and third-party integrations
* Manage and mentor a product team, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines
* Partner with engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions
* Oversee a multi-million-dollar product budget and ensure ROI on initiatives
* Drive data-informed decision-making through A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics
* Champion personalization and upsell strategies to maximize guest engagement and revenue
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
* 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in eCommerce or digital platforms
3+ years managing SFCC-based products, with deep expertise in:
* Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
* Business Manager
* Integrations and customizations
* Proven track record of launching and optimizing customer-facing digital products
* Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, etc.)
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
* Background in travel, hospitality, or retail strongly preferred
* Familiarity with personalization engines, recommendation systems, and customer journey mapping
* Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
