Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact project success, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize program management and project delivery.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
12+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, managing and delivering complex technical projects.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving projects to successful completion.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through technical challenges and find effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience with program management tools and software, and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience working in large and complex ecosystem
Knowledge of Salesforce, Azure, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
Experience working with NYC Government Agencies
