The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex product landscapes and leveraging data to make informed decisions. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and achieving business objectives through effective product management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate comprehensive product strategies for Adobe offerings such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize, define, and implement product features that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to product features.
- Maintain and update product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals and market demands.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process to ensure products meet and exceed user expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with Adobe solutions or similar technology products.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe products including Creative Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
