SAP EWM & TM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM & Transportation Management Consultant to support supply chain operations and incident management for a large-scale SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP TM and a solid functional understanding of ABAP to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Prior experience with SAP EWM and Logistics Business Network (LBN) integration is a plus.

• Lead and participate in client-facing discussions related to SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, including root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support delivery of PBIs (Product Backlog Items) based on client expectations
• Guide and upskill junior team members on SAP TM-related tasks
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to implement functional solutions
• Manage and drive LBN (Logistics Business Network) topics as needed
• Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM
• Strong functional understanding of SAP ABAP (debugging and specs collaboration)
• Proven experience working with both SAP S/4HANA and ECC platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage incidents and escalations in an AMS environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Exposure to SAP TM-LBN integration
• Previous leadership or mentorship of junior SAP consultants
• Background in supply chain process optimization
