Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 2+ years, With Possibility of Extension

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32301

Job Description:

*) Research and understand Client's business processes and their inter-relationships.

*) Research and understand the Client Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) system.

*) Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units.

*) Gather and document business and technical requirements.

*) Coordinate and lead the activities of the development team.

*) Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to develop technical specifications and other documents in support of the Identity Administration and Governance solution.

*) Coordinate data migration and development teams.

*) Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements.

*) Develop and execute Test Plans and Test Cases.

*) Coordinate and oversee the User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing.

*) Track bugs and backlog items using Microsoft DevOps.

*) Provide daily updates to the Project Management Team.

*) Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.

Required & Preferred skills & Experience:

*) A minimum of 5 years of Business Process Analysis and systems analysis is required.

*) Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required.

*) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required.

*) Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis is required.

*) Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.

*) Technical Experience (programming or operations) working in IBM Mainframe, Distributed, and Cloud computing environments is highly desired.

*) Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is desired.

*) Knowledge of data migration is desired.

*) Knowledge of change and release management is desired.

*) Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques is desired.

*) Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage

user requirements and backlogs.
