Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Project Candidateager to lead large-scale digital/I&IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• The role requires strong leadership, project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver complex technology and business transformation initiatives on time and within scope.

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital/I&IT projects in a large, cross-functional environment.
• Develop, manage, and implement project plans that integXX technology implementation and business process transformation.
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-competency teams, including business, IT, infrastructure, vendors, and third-party applications.
• Work with senior and executive management to set objectives, secure consensus, and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
• Prepare and present integXXd project plans, status reports, and visually appealing communication products for all levels of governance.
• Apply change management strategies throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate implementation activities and timelines to support I&IT, people and change management, and business process changes.
• Identify potential organizational and project risks early and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership as needed, providing recommendations and ownership strategies.
• Lead stakeholder communications, connecting diverse partners with competing priorities to achieve consensus.
• Develop high-level options analysis and recommendations for management.
• Support compliance with project management best practices, policies, and procedures in regulated environments.

• Certified Project Candidateager.
• At least 8 years of Project Candidateagement experience delivering complex digital/I&IT projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Project Candidateagement best practices, tools, and organizational structures to support communication with multiple project partners.
• Experience with project management tracking tools such as MS Project.
• Ability to develop visually appealing milestone and timeline deliverables.
• Proven ability to proactively identify risks and issues, articulate them to senior executives, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and online engagement tools.

• Experience in large-scale business and digital transformation projects in regulated or legislated environments.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience integrating with ministry modernization initiatives.
• Experience in managing reputational and operational risks.
• Familiarity with agile scaling practices and hybrid governance frameworks.
