We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ServiceNow and Agile delivery to support digital transformation initiatives across ITSM and related modules. - Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Owners, Developers, Testers, and Operational Support teams to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and convert business needs into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Analyze business processes and break down complex requirements into structured workflows and data models
- Assess enhancement requests and production issues to provide risk-aware, scalable solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation including user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Drive UAT activities and ensure solutions align with business goals and expectations
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts including stakeholder training and communications
- Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve solutions
- Promote Agile best practices, ServiceNow standards, and business analysis excellence
- Ensure compliance with enterprise risk and control frameworks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software projects
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, ITOM)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation skills - process maps, functional specs, workflows, and system diagrams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with ServiceNow components like service catalog, workflows, roles/groups, and form configurations
- Proven experience conducting UAT, end-user training, and demos
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Specialist)
- Experience with CSDM, ServiceNow integrations, and platform governance
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and scalable architecture principles
