What you will do:
- Support for applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing, and sales reporting
- Validate system results by writing and executing test cases
- Troubleshoot issues with application systems by working with end users, vendors, Tier 2 Support, and developers to resolve them
- Implement new workflow solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative options
- Document and train end users on best practices
- Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues, removing roadblocks, and improving the user experience
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven experience working within manufacturing principles and associated business processes
- Experience using SQL
- Help Desk or IT Support Experience
- Experience with ERP systems
