Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and HR processes.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
- Provide expertise in SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct user training and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage and resolve technical issues and system performance concerns.
- Stay current with the latest updates and trends in SAP SuccessFactors.
